Contributions by DTU

Many individuals and units at DTU that do not belong directly to the project support this comprehensive initiative, eg the teaching administration, the heads of studies, the PhD school leaders, etc. At least 17 professors, 15 associate professors, and numerous senior scientists are associated with the program and spend parts of their time on FBM related research or teaching activities. The facilities used for the fermentation-based biomanufacturing education like the fermentation core, the pre-pilot plant and the pilot plant, run by the departments are essential to the project.
